Sidhu Moose Wala death
On May 29, 2022, Moose Wala was shot and killed by some unknown people while he was in his car in Jawaharke village in Mansa.

The police said that a gang led by Lawrence Bishnoi initially said they were responsible for the murder in a post on Facebook, but Bishnoi denied making it.
As of June 2022, Bishnoi is in custody with the Punjab Police and officials think he was the one who planned the whole thing.
