King real name is Arpan Kumar Chandel was born in Uttar Pradesh on October 10, 1998. He later moved to Delhi where he attended Navyug Sr. Secondary School and then Dyal Singh College at the University of Delhi before dropping out. He continued to gain popularity by sharing his rap videos on social media while still in school and college. He is 26 years old.
King's father is named Ashok Chandel and his mother is named Rani Chandel. He also has a brother named Amit Kumar Chandel.
He started his Career as Youtuber
In 2012, King started his YouTube channel "King Rocco" and in 2015, he uploaded his first video called "Boombass." By 2019, he received a silver play button for his channel. His debut music album, "Circumstances," was released on October 5, 2018 and contains songs like "She Know," "Red Dirt State," "The Division," and "Clearly By Now."
King had the opportunity to showcase his rap skills on the television show MTV Hustle in 2019 where he impressed judges Raftaar, Raja Kumari, and Nucleya. Nucleya was so impressed with his performance that he offered to work on an album with him.
In 2021, King released a music album called "The Gorilla Bounce." This album featured tracks such as "Casanova," "Main Bas Kehti Nahi," "Era," and "Tera Hua Na Mai Kabhi." In 2022, King made his Bollywood debut in the movie Drishyam 2, where he collaborated with Devi Sri Prasad and Amitabh Bhattacharya on the song Sahi Galat.
King is around 5 feet 8 inches tall with black hair and black eyes. In 2018, he was in a relationship with a girl, but they eventually broke up. He has got a tattoo of ‘Mashhoor’ inked on his left forearm which he shared through Instagram post.
