Palak Singh started learning dance during her school days and auditioned for the Indian dance reality show "Dance India Dance" in 2013. While she didn't win the show, she gained some initial fame. This led her to move to Mumbai to further pursue a career in the entertainment industry.

She made her first appearance on television in 2015 on the show Gumrah of V channel. Since then, she has acted in Criminal Justice Hotstar seasons 1-3, portraying the character Sania. In 2019, she starred as Laxmi in the Alt Balaji web series "Gandii Baat season 6" and also appeared in the Voot web series "Fuh se Fantasy". The following year, she took on the role of Gazala in the Alt Balaji web series "Class of 2020".


In 2021, she began her acting career with the ULLU Web Series "Palang Tod Sazaa Ya Mazaa" where she played the role of Priyanka Tyagi. She has also been featured in other web series such as Virgin Bhasskar 2, Bang Baang, Abhay, Taxi, and Sandee. She has appeared in various films such as Satyameva Jayate 2  and Atrangi Re in 2021, Nikamma  and Jersey in 2022.
