Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the Punjab National Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2024, candidates need to ensure they meet the minimum eligibility criteria. This includes having the required educational qualifications and falling within the specified age limit.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized Institute/ College/ University approved by Government bodies such as AICTE/ UGC. The graduation result should be declared by June 30, 2024. In addition, candidates applying for training positions in a specific State/ UT must be fluent in the local language of that region in all aspects - reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28 years old. They should have been born between June 30, 1996, and June 30, 2004. However, there is upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
The age relaxation for different categories is as follows: Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe have a relaxation of 5 years, Other Backward Classes (non-creamy layer) have a relaxation of 3 years, and Persons with Benchmark Disability as defined under “The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016” have a relaxation of 10 years. Widows, divorced women, and women legally separated from their husbands who have not remarried have different age relaxations based on their category - General/EWS have a relaxation up to 35 years, OBC up to 38 years, and SC/ST up to 40 years.

Application Fee
To successfully submit the application form for the PNB Apprentice program, candidates must pay the application fee online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, or UPI. The fees once paid cannot be refunded or reserved for any other exam. The application fees vary for different categories: for PwBD candidates it is Rs. 472, for Female/SC/ST candidates it is Rs. 708, and for GEN/OBC candidates it is Rs. 944.
